Did you withdraw / lock up my booking money?
The hotel does not lock up the money before arrival, but the pre-authorization is made, so the reservation is blocked as a guaranteed. This operation can be transformed into cash on arrival at the hotel by having your physical credit card with you.
Can I check in before 2pm?
In your room is room available at your arrival, you can check in, otherwise you can leave your luggage at our store for free.
Is there any garage at the hotel?
The hotel has no parking, but there is a parking nearby for € 25.00 per day.
From Malpensa, Linate, and Orio al Serio airports, take the shuttle to Milan Central Station, we are less than 500 meters from Milan Central Station.
Can I leave my Baggage before check-in or after check-out during the day?
You can use our luggage storage for free.
